Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Mover/Driver to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for transporting goods and assisting with the moving process for our clients. Your primary focus will be on providing exceptional customer service while ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of items. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a team environment. Ideal candidate will also want to be trained as a supervisor.
Positions for phone sales are also available. Phone agents work for home at a rate of $21/hr to start. You will be trained in advance. Ideal candidate will work in the field as a mover for 6 months before transitioning to sales training. Prior sales experience may allow for a faster transition from field to sales.

Movers will be working directly with the customer, so customer service and professionalism is a must. Experience in the moving industry is preferred and will receive priority, but it is not necessary. You will be paid $18/hr Plus tips. Movers must be on time and are expected to work efficiently and carefully. After 6 weeks movers will be eligible for a $2/hr raise.
Drivers will be movers, but also carry the responsibility of being the job supervisor. You will communicate with your crew the meeting time in advance and will be responsible for communicating any delays or issues to customer and owner. As a supervisor you will be paid $23/hr plus tips. Supervisors handle the driving, customer contract, disassembly/reassembly, overseeing the packing of the truck and collection of payment. A daily job checklist must be completed. After 6 weeks supervisors will be eligible for a $2/hr raise.
Both movers and drivers are responsible for returning the truck and making sure it is clean and ready to go for the next day.
