ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Driver Responsibilities
- Drive to project job sites up to twice weekly for cleanup and dump runs
- Safely operate a box truck, dump truck, and forklift as required
- Maintain proficiency in all required vehicles and equipment
- Maintain an impeccable driving record in compliance with California motor vehicle laws and insurance requirements
- Follow all traffic laws, company vehicle policies, and site-specific safety rules
Warehouse Specialist Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, organize, and store incoming materials, tools, and equipment
- Assist with receiving incoming deliveries, including unloading, inspection, staging, and proper storage of materials
- Track and maintain inventory for field tools, project leftovers, and loaner equipment
- Ensure inventory accuracy and report shortages, damage, or discrepancies
- Prepare materials for deliveries and assist with loading and unloading deliveries
- Operate warehouse equipment safely, including forklifts and pallet jacks
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free warehouse environment
- Follow warehouse safety protocols and California workplace regulations
- Assist with basic recordkeeping and inventory systems
- Perform other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of warehouse experience
- Forklift certification
- Experience with inventory management systems and basic office software (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Valid California driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds
- Strong organizational skills, reliability, and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with residential construction materials
- QuickBooks experience
- First Aid / CPR certification (training may be provided)
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
- Warehouse and office environment with frequent warehouse activity
- Regular standing, walking, bending, stooping, and lifting
- Ability to work in varying temperatures and warehouse conditions
- Driving company vehicles for local deliveries and job site visits
Travel
- No long-term travel required
- Local travel to job sites and nearby locations as needed
Compensation & Benefits
- Overtime paid in accordance with California labor laws

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
